| All communications between your computer and the web server the Secure Order form resides on are conducted over a 128bit SSLv3 session, certified by a Thawte Consulting secure server certificate. This certification and encryption technology ensures that no-one can intercept sensitive information like your credit card details and offers complete peace of mind and security. Orders are transmitted directly from the web server to Kernow Passports using PGP encrypted email and are at no time stored in plain text on any computer. |
1. Do not ever send your card details by ordinary email. Unencrypted email is not secure. It is especially not a good idea to email your card details if your name is the same as that on the card. |

2. How do you tell that a On-line order form is secure? If the address begins with https:// you are viewing the form over a secure connection. If frames have been used you may need to check the page properties by (in the case of Internet Explorer 4) a right click mouse click on the form. You should also see a locked padlock or solid key in the bottom bar of your browser. |

3. If possible print out a copy of the transaction order, so that you have a record for future reference, before pressing Submit. |

Fax us your completed order form; with your card no, its expiry date, and the name exactly as it appears on the card, to this number +44 (0)1752 848330 You may phone through your details if you wish to the same number. Our Visa machine takes all cards except Diners Club and American Express. If you have any doubts that we exist, fax or call us and we'll fax/ call you back. |
